KidzSafe™ Audio only uses carrier shipping methods which allow tracking and rapid delivery of our products to and for our customers.* The shipping rates we charge are less than the actual cost of shipping in most cases. Your tracking number will be included in the email sent when your order is shipped.
*For accessories, USPS Regular Mail is used.

In-stock online orders generally ship within two days after an order is received, so if you would like to cancel an order after it is already placed, it must be done within 24 hrs. Contact email@example.com with your sales order number and a refund will be issued unless product has shipped.
